Anfield. Official home of Liverpool Football Club since 1892.
Anfield. A stadium that has seen some wonderful domestic triumphs, and some outstanding European comebacks.
I was young when I first went to Anfield. Not too young mind, although not yet a teen. I watched the Reds play (and win) with all the shock and awe you would expect from someone witnessing their childhood heroes play football on the hallowed turf of Anfield.

The penultimate day of my European adventure, and quite a strange one too. I was really unsure about what I wanted to do in Munich and, as the trip was coming to an overall end, I was feeling ready to come home.
Constantly moving around had taken its toll on me and I was more than ready to just collapse. After all we had, on average, arrived in a new city every two days, and travelled to a new country every three.
